METAL CONSTRUCTIONS: PRODUCTION CYCLE
OMG has always been committed to providing a full supply service for its Customers:
Design and Purchases, Building, Shippings, Assembly.
After the customer request, we start the technical study to identify:
- Needs to suit and goals to achive
- The most adequate production process
We pay special attention to the Offer Presentation Phase: after we have obtained the approval of the Customer, we sign the supply contract.
We implement the design of all the structural units:
- Structures design
- Foundations design (on request)
- Schemes on the production project
- Sizing and specifications of main equipments
After designing, we start the metal structures production phase. We open the construction site and we start working; the operations progress according to these phases:
- Structure assembly
- Cover assembly
- Cladding assembly
- Various finishes
PRODUCTION CYCLE: COST REDUCTION AND TIME MAXIMIZING
Over time we developed a fluid and integrated management and control of the production cycle to ensure
the full implementation of the project, minimizing operating costs and execution times.
OMG Srl is also an effective Steel Transformation Center, recognised and certified by the Board of Public Works with certificate No 999/10 of 10/29/2010.
